Here are a few suggestions: 

(Patrons can send “command” texts. Available commands are: renew due, renew all, summary, and help.

o “Renew due” and “Renew all” will renew what is renewable and return a summary of how many items were and were not renewed.
o “Summary” will return a privacy redacted summary of what the patron has out.
o “Help” will return a list of these commands.)
